An original model drawing from the MGM Studios animated short "Peace On Earth" (1939). Featuring adorable illustrations of Grandpa Squirrel, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process to ensure character consistency. Original model drawings are photocopied at the studio and the copies are distributed to ensure character consistency among animators. The one-of-a-kind originals are much rarer than their photocopied counterparts. Measuring 12"x13.75" overall, with the character image 8.5"x12", the drawing is in very good condition with page discoloration and graphite smudging.
